Catastrophe…

Well, that just shows you how things work out I guess. I can’t tell you how hard I worked to try and get this morning’s blog on-line. 8 straight hours of farm labor followed by having to restart my mangled old computer. But to make a long story short, there has been a catastrophe of sorts that has happened and I find that I will not be able to be on line until next Tuesday or Wednesday. And unfortunately, it should turn out to be worse than that.
I guess that’s just how it goes in Belarus.
For those of you who had gotten into my story, I should have some rather big developments, none of them the way I would have had them but pretty big. But I have no idea how this next chapter is supposed to turn out.
I guess I will do what I can to make some sense of this and will keep this up as long as I can.
And a special thank you to Valera for all of his help with the computer. Valera is a great guy, a terrific tech and is the only laptop surgeon in the whole region. Cheers to you my friend and I swear I will come up with a better bottle of brandy before the deportation is final.
